Christian's Fellowship at Nightclubs & Entertainment Spots

On a journey to become like Christ, Christians can shine their light through Christian hip-hop, night clubs, comedy shows and entertainment in New York and New Jersey.

Christian hip-hop and urban music has heavily influenced the urban community. There is new Christian entertainment to enjoy while keeping the daily walk with Christ.

Hip Hop Christian Entertainment

Club Aneuh, a subsidiary of Aneuhaus Entertainment, is a new impending Christian nightclub and lounge that is on its way in 2009. It is located in West Hempstead, New York.

According to the web site, the club provides a clean, safe and alcohol free environment for Christian artists and entrepreneurs to network and expose their talents. It will have live entertainment, light appetizers, dancing and Christian hip-hop reggae and soca.

Their mission is to redirect people whose lives have went astray due to false fulfillment, such as secular clubs, relationships, alcohol, drugs and etc. According to the group, that void can only be filled with "the real thing", God. Their plan is to set an atmosphere where "The Spirit of the Lord will not only dwell but move freely."

In the interim, there are hip-hop Christian events that people can attend. Omosic Ministries in Newark, New Jersey and Fountain of Salvation in Jersey City, New Jersey have collaborated to host events. Hymns Nightfall event will be on Friday August 27th at Fountain of Salvation, 324 Communipaw Ave. in Jersey City, New Jersey (1201-349-4512 Ralph).

The two ministries will also be hosting an Invasion Hip-Hop featuring Forgiven and Switch Board D on August 23 at 6 p.m. at Fountain of Salvation. Robert Davila is hosting Sounds and Words on Friday July 25, 2008 at 7:00 p.m at the Nazarene. It is located on 857 Mt. Prospect, Newark, New Jersey. The ministries are hosting various events this summer.

Christian Block Party

D2BD Presents "Dare to Be Different" featuring Tru Praise, Blessed, Jovita Sheppard and more. It will be held at Emmanuel Church of God 1365 E. 26th St., Brooklyn N.Y on July 26th at 10:00 a.m to 8 p.m. (718) 284-5932.

Christian Skating Parties

Gospel Skate Jam is held every first Friday at 9:00 p.m with music by DJ Tony Tone at United Skates of America, Inc., 1276 Hicksville Seaford, NY.

Publicizing Christian Hip-Hop Events through the Media

Gospel Vibrations Radio is "Raisin' Holy Hip-Hop and R&P (Rythm & Praise)"with Floyd Cray every Saturday morning from 1:15 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. on 89.1 WFDU-FM in the New York New Jersey Metro area. It is the first program for Christian hip-hop and R&P in New York and New Jersey. Other genres include Gospel R&P and contemporary Christian Music. The Tri-State Voice Christian Newspaper is a publication reporting on local, national and world news, concerts, events and conferences within the Christian Community. ILL SPOT is a site that discusses the holy hip-hop culture, the latest artists and Christian events.

Praise Worship & Eat

Urban Ministry is having a barbecue and worship service featuring youth choir C3YC/C3. Praise and worship will be by John Cook, Twyse and Melonie Daniels. It will be held at 12020 Flatlands Ave. Brooklyn, NY in Christian Cultural Center parking lot on Friday July 11, 2008 at 6:00 PM.

My Christ Entertainment and My Christ Music Group presents Testimony, an event featuring Ensound Music's best male vocalist Asaph Womback. It will be at Bloomfield Steak & Seafood, 409 Franklin St. Bloomfield, New Jersey on July 19th at 7:30 p.m.

Christian Concerts and Festivals

On Saturday July 26th 2008, Hevn and Ms. KeKe presents the 1st annual Glory Days, which is a family function and event. It will be held at Kennedy Park on 335 Greenwich St. on Hempstead N.Y. Ms Ke Ke (516) 538-1108

Full Gospel Assembly is having their 30th Anniversary Concert featuring Pastor Marvin Sapp, J.J. Hairston & Youthful Praise on Friday Sep 05, 2008 at 6:30 PM.
